Delamination.

While researching and testing the endless possibilities of laminating, I accidently discovered the resiliency of parts where the layers came apart. (see the picture of these experiments below)

In this stool, I wanted to show the strength of laminating bamboo veneer and how the delaminated parts can act like a sort of suspension of the seating.

Laminating bamboo also makes it possible to get the parts very thin and sturdy, making the stool very lightweight aswell.
